even though is not known at all in USA, Ariston is very well known in Italy. My parents have an Ariston for about 15 years and still is working fine. Therefore I did not care about the fact that this item had no reviews. I love the 60 min process( quick wash and dry). I have been using this machine every single day. I was so supprised when my clothes came out dry. I should have bought this machine long time ago because has made my life easier regarding laundry. Also the size is perfect for small apt.

The best thing about this product is how compact it is. When I downsized and moved into a much smaller house I no longer had a utility room I had a utility closet! My old washer and dryer were huge and literally took up the entire space and it was difficult to use them; the new washer/dryer combo is a much better fit and has freed up a lot of space. Washes great. The only issue I have is wrinkles after the drying. You can't let the clothes sit in the dryer after the dry cycle ends for anytime at all. You need to get it right out and hang it up or it's wrinkle city (even then it seems a tad more wrinkly then my old dryer). But other than that minor detail it's great. Also I guess I should mention that the loads it can handle are much smaller than my gigantor washing machine but that's not a problem although it might be if you have 10 kids instead of 2.
