Purchased one unit Monday, Delivered Friday, Installed Saturday.

I had a Whirlpool 8000 btu cool 3500 btu heat unit in the same location of the house prior for 6 years. (through wall installation). It stopped working, too hot to not have AC in that area of the house. I was very pleased with that model. But this unit is quieter, fan pushes air much better, more features, has a remote. I have since purchased (2) more units to replace the other Whirlpool units I have in other locations. This AC units pulls allot more moisture out of the rooms. Here in SE FL really makes a deference in comfort. I have set the temperature setting low and the AC will freeze you out of the room. I keep the temperature setting at 78 / energy saver mode and I am comfortable. I have not used the HEAT yet. I have had this first unit running for a month now and all seems to be working OK. Will be installing the (2) additional units soon, hopefully they will work out of the box as well. Hoping this units will save some money with the better EER 10.8 raiting.

Great Little Unit

Best Uses: Bed Room
This is a great little uint for my upstairs finished attic bedroom which is usually cold in the winter, and hot in the summer. The only real thing which suprised me was installing the unit. There were multiple steps, and I had to cut back some trim work. With that said, my house is over 60 years old. In my opinion, this air/ heat combo is a perfect option for me and well worth the investment. Thumbs up!

Office use. Does well even at 100*. At 116* has a hardtime staying cool. I haven't used heat setting yet. .lol 105* today. Great buy. Shipping was fast. This is the 2nd a/c heater unit I've bought. The first one was portable for a hobby shop. Both were easy to order and delivered faster than I expected, less than a week.

I have not had the a/c unit long but I am impressed with the level of service re shipping, appearence, features of the unit. It cools very quicly and I love the remote. At this point I'm fully satisfied.
