Used for home brewing. Can boil 1.75 gallons a lot faster than I ever expected. I use it for decoction mashing. Not sure how much it can boil. Sides never got hot and it cooled off quickly. Nice SS cabinet but Galvanized on bottom - and screws holding bottom on were either not tight or stripped out. But after one use - I'm keeping it. If you turn it on the side or over it is a bit trick to get everything back together - a non-issue. Perfect for my needs. Cheers!
