Great for coolers for kids practices & games

This cooler is exactly what I was looking for. We already had an ice machine in our kitchen that produced small ice which we love for drinks. However the small ice melted too quickly for the hot Texas summers of baseball games and football practice for our 3 boys. This ice machine produces a pretty big ice cube which is great because it melts slowly. The ice is clear and good.
TIP: I had wanted another ice machine for awhile but had no where to put one since I did not have another floor drain. We ended up putting it in the laundry room and the plumber was able to tap into the cold water line and then run the drain hose down the same drain as my washing machine. You will need a $50 condensation pump and I recommend a water filter. Set up works great.

Cons: None
First ice cubes dropped within 15 minutes and they were perfect. Overnight the bin was filled with 70 lbs of ice. We have had many other ice machines, and none have kept up with a weekend get together. This is an awesome ice machine; worth every penny.
