shipped quickly.I purchased a open box by price it arrived i needed it for a 27 ft travel trailer my husband and i were having trouble with all the humidity in the trailer his ashma kicked up,my sinus we acking up the vents were dripping with moisure thought we had a leak turns out once we turned on this danby humitifier it was like night and day.The vents spopped dripping the trailer uses way less power it stays warmer we both feel 100% better.I would recommend this to anyone with a moble home or travel trailer, motor home or a moisure problem.And the open box unit was like perfect Thanks again LIVING DIRECT your a great company i will gladly order from again.

I live in an older house in the Seattle area and I was always battling cold, damp walls that were constantly growing mold. When I set the unit up (which was super easy), it read that we had 74% humidity in the house! After a couple of days with the machine running, the humidity in our house is 50% (ideal for us) and no more sweaty, moldy walls! I can't believe I didn't get this sooner. The noise is not bad, very much like having an air conditioner running.

Excellent Quality, Very Affordable

I recently purchased this dehumidifier and am very satisfied with the moisture it removes. It works very well to remove moisture from my gas heaters used in my home and is very quiet, it is quiter than most AC units newly purchased. I would reccomend this to anyone with 1,000 sq, feet or less. I am very satisfied , it keeps moisture out of my home which has caused mold in the past and the smell down.

i got it in the mail in 2 days, set it up, and plugged it in, and set the temp, and humidity, and let it run for 2 hours, and checked the water bucket, and it had several cups, i have rolled it from room to room, i really have been impressed by this product!!!!!!, runs quietly also..
