Product works well for a counter top dishwasher. Biggest issue I had was we needed to replace the faucet as the existing faucet was not compatible with the quick connect, which was no biggie. I did have an issue after using it for about 2 weeks with the new faucet (pull out handle style) and the pressure ended up breaking a plastic part on the inside of the handle. I would suggest hooking up to a non pull out handle style faucet and if you need a pull out sprayer, get the faucet with it off to the side and not on the main section. Might have been that the faucet I purchase was cheap, ($90) but I have a feeling most pull out handles like that are not designed to have built up pressure like that with the quick connect and water turned on. Otherwise cleans well, no leaks, as quiet as most regular dishwasher (especially considering it's open on 3 sides that would normally be covered by cabinets on a standard washer) and easy to use. Also, if you have a small kitchen this might take up more counter space than you are imagining. For my set up it was fine because there's plenty of counter space.

I,m a single male living alone, used to always have a sink of dishes, now I just put the dishes in the dish washer and run it every other day, works great and no mess and I use alot less water. I am sorry I waited so long to get one.

One of the best purchases ever. Easy to use, quiet, has a delay timer that I haven't ever used, but who knows maybe I will at some point. Makes my life so much easier that I really have no idea why I haven't 'splurged' on myself. Splurging seems odd to say because the little but big dishwasher really has a tiny price compared to the amount of time vs. cleaning power this product has brought me. Great product. Like the fact that I can fit 6 place settings vs. four in other higher priced models.

This dishwasher is great! I am single and work 12 hour shifts and do not like doing dishes. I rinse my dishes since they will be sit in the washer for a few days before washing put my soap in set to regular wash and everything turns out great!

This works so well! Installation is a breeze and dishes are sparkling. I have to get a little creative with fitting the larger pots and pans (the only item I cannot fit is my large stock pot) but it's really perfect for everyday use. I despise cleaning glasses and silverware especially as I feel like they can never be cleaned properly by hand- this is like a little autoclave, everything is sanitized. Highly recommended for a person living alone. Delivery was quick too!

We bought this for our Daughter. Her on campus apartment has a kitchen but no dishwasher. She has a very busy schedule and eats on the fly so all she has to do is throw the dishes in start it and leave....She absolutely loves it.

My husband and I ordered this because we were sick of hand-washing our dishes but we live in a tiny apartment so our options were limited. My only regret is that we didn't order this machine 5 years ago! Its awesome. It fits in the same space as our old dish draining board, looks great and cleans our dishes to a sparkling shine. It is quiet and even though the cycles are longer than an average dishwasher, WHO CARES since you just turn it on and let it do the rest! We use the Seventh Generation dish washing "pods" and our dishes look great. The interior is big enough for our dutch ovens, our grill pan, 12" inch dinner plates, etc (not all at once) and if you're running a load without silverware you can take out the insert to make more space for larger items. Highly recommended!!

We bought this to clean glasses in our bar area. It does an excellent job, everything comes out sparkling. We use the glass setting and it takes very little water and about an hour to finish.

I did my research before deciding to purchase this dishwasher and I have to say that I am satisfied with my purchase. It works pretty well for the size. It is so quiet that I wasn't sure it it was working the first time I ran it- a nice change from the incredibly noisy dishwashers I have had in the past. Unfortunately it can not get off dried food on plates or silverware even on the heavy duty cycle but works very well if you wash freshly dirtied plates. The rack is somewhat frustrating to load and I find it difficult to layer both sizes of my plates together next to one another but I was expecting that for such a compact dishwasher. The front displays are not quite intuitive but now that I have been using it a few weeks I am used to them. I took the silverware basket inserts out because the slots were too small. It is also very efficient with water; I use much less water washing dishes with this than I did washing them by hand. I highly recommend if you hate washing dishes and have an apartment without a dishwasher. For the size, price, and noise level this machine can't be beat.

Like the title says, not having a sink and/or oven filled with unwashed dishes due to a lack of time and/or energy is simply wonderful. I would play with the washers a bit to get the right fit with no water coming out from the faucet etc. I did not expect it to work as well overall as it did.
The manual could use a rewrite it is not as clear as it should be and there should be a schematic of the dasher, explaining which part is what. There's also a major typo regarding the interface between the faucet and the hose attachment. It's bigger than I expected and the rack design leaves much to be desired, the racks don't lock in place. However being able to remove the racks to accommodate larger items is a plus.

so far, we like everything about this product, it looks great, does a great job on the dishes, and is not loud. my only complaint is that it only came with hoses and a fitting for use connected to a sink faucet. it should also come with hoses/fittings for those doing a more permanent install.

This is easily one of the best purchases my husband and I have made in the last 6 years - I only wish we'd bought it sooner! Its incredibly quiet, fits in the same footprint as our old dish rack and best of all, the dishes come out dry and sparkling! We wash everything from crystal glasses to dutch ovens and run the machine at least twice a day and it cleans everything equally well. Love love LOVE this dish washer!

Great for small kitchens. We have an extremely small kitchen and this works out great. East to install. We had it out of the box and working within 20 minnutes. So far it has cleaned everything great on a regular cycle setting. Drying is the only thing this dishwasher does not do, but i open the door just a little and let them air dry. I would reccommend this product.

I love this dishwasher, and it saves me from having to hand wash dishes any more.
However, I would caution people that assembly can be complicated. My kitchen faucet is an older model with a retractable sprayer, and I had to spend a lot of time with the guy at the hardware store coming up with the many adapters required to make this washer fit my faucet. It was worth it, but if you have an older/irregular faucet and you aren't willing to go the extra mile, this may not work for you.

I live alone in an apartment and this was a bit of an indulgence for me, but I am sooooo glad I treated myself. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who hates to wash dishes! It was a bit bigger than I expected but I have put my stockpot into it w/ no problem. Just like any other dishwasher, you have to get a "rhythm" about how to put your stuff in most efficiently but that's no big deal. It's really quiet, it uses hardly any water (less than I would use washing by hand, for sure...I measured the output in my dishpan and it only filled it about 1.5 times), and it fits on my counter right in reach of the sink. I love the rinse and hold feature! The only complaint I have is that the hose is always in the way, but I will put up w/ that minor aggravation LOL.
