I got this about 1 year ago.
I use it twice a week.
Easy to load.
Heat dry is not the best. But works ok.
Unit has not ever gave me one problem at all.

Some say the house is odd. Well it is a easy fix. Lots of plummers tape. Cheap under a $1.00. Wrap the threads with lots of it.
Use a wire strap to hold the to hoses together.
Keeps it from flying out of the sink.

When done drop hose into sink to drain any water in them. I leave them on top of the work top.
Unit is easy to use push power. Select your wash and heat dry on or off. Start unit walk away. It beeps at the end and turns it self off.
I would buy it aging. It is not as big as a 24 ince but it works great.

Pros: Two tier wash arms in a small DW, Load capacity large for the size of DW, Excellent cleaning results, Quiet ....even as a portable, Easy loading
Cons: No place to store hoses
I have owned high-end and top-of-the-line dishwashers and none have cleaned better than this Haier. I moved to a wonderful old house but the counters are narrow. I have no plans to replace the cabinets because I love them. The only DW I could find that would fit was the Haier. I was so happy it has the two-tier washer arm system because that is the first thing I look for in any DW...what luck to find it in my only option of choices!! I am able to use it as a portable immed. before

Cons: Flimsy, No place to store hoses, Leaks sprays from faucet
DO NOT BUY THIS DISHWASHER!! I have had portable dishwashers before that were a life-saver - but I'd rather hand-wash dishes than deal with the headaches this causes! There's no storage for the connection, drain, or electrical hose (yes there are 3 hoses on this thing) so they just lay on the floor looking tacky. The drain hose needs to be held down (or even TAPED) to the sink so it drains, if it slips off during the cycle then it drains on your floor. Even when taped/held in place, there's still water in the hose that needs to be emptied out via gravity (meaning all over your floor). The worst part: I have ran 10 cycles and it has sprayed from the connecter hose every time. I even bought a new faucet adapter, but nope - still sprays everywhere, wasting water. And don't think it will fit your large dinner plates because IT WILL NOT. **DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON THIS MACHINE - SPEND THE EXTRA FOR A TRUSTED NAME LIKE WHIRPOOL OR GE OR MAYTAG**
