Cons: Awkward Loading, Cannot hold servers
dinner plates require careful insertion; hard to fit glasses, dishes, and bowls for 2 all in one load. BUT cleams well, qui8et, and apeedy.

This dishwasher is compact yet just as good as a regular model. It is easy to load, easy to use, and does an excellent job! I would and have recommended it to all!

I bought this as a house-warming gift for my son. He loves it and it keeps the dishes from piling up in the sink. It's perfect for that small kitchen and when you only have one or two people in the household.

I love it. Because it doesn't have a top spray arm I can even get my large Corelle dinner plates in it, the bottom spray arm cleans everything. I can get large items, pots, lasagna pans, cookie sheets or casserole dishes in it, but sometimes have to take out the silverware holder to get those big items in.
Usually even baked on stuff comes off, if not I put it through a second time. It cleans as well or better than any full size dishwasher I've owned, including Maytag and GE. It has a heated dry cycle that works well, except on plastic stuff, then I just open the door and let that stuff finish by air drying. I use it every day and haven't washed dishes by hand since I bought it a year ago.
To keep the drain hose from falling on the floor all the time when it wasn't in use, I wrapped the intake and drain hose together with a rubber band and that worked. I pour vinegar into one of the last rinses instead of using Jet Dry, then I don't have spots and it keeps white powdery stuff from accumulating on the heater coil from hard water deposits.

Owned for 4 years now and still works perfectly.
Fits large pots and pans, but better to hand wash i guess because it'll take up most of the space.

I bought the black model. I really love this machine! It has saved my dish pan hands! I truly recommend it becuase it holds up even if you use it several times a day. I've had it for two months now and it works geat! I have a small kitchen with one long counter and it sits right under the cabinet on one side of the counter. The sink hookup works great but make sure you use a wrench to tighten and hook up everything properly. So far no leaks! I have already recommended this machine to friends and family. I praise it all the time!

I just got this dishwasher last week. I hate washing dishes, and my wife isn't the best dishwasher in the world (yes, I'm ocd about clean dishes). The hook up directions weren't all that clear. They start out by saying something about using hot water, then it says cold water. Also, the universal adapter isn't made all that clear in the instructions. But since I'm handy it was simple for me to figure it out. Once hooked up, I ran cold water through it. It heats it's own water. After the leak test, the first thing I washed was a full load to include plates with maple syrup dried on for 3 days. I used the normal cycle and everything came out spotless. Next, a greasy Corning Ware dish. Came out spotless too. This thing cleans better than the full sized Maytag I installed at my place of business. It's even quiter too. And for those who think the wash cycle is long, try 2 hours for the Maytag compared to this machine's time. The only problem I have, is that I can't sit it on the countertop because it won't fit under the cabinets. But I just put it on a microwave cart that I can wheel over to the sink when I need to.

I am very happy with everything about this dishwasher. Once you have it working right it does a wonderful job. Would have given it 5 stars if the manual was of any help at all. It is very basic to install but you do have to have it just perfect to work. It must be perfectly level or it leaks and the manual does not explain controls well at all. If I would not of read other reveiw I would not know how to turn off the dry cycle. It cleans better than I would have thought and is fast and quiet. I beleive it is a great product but they need to rewrite a good manaul. Have read about poor packaging but mine was packaged bullet proof, they must be listening to reviews.

Overall, I'm pretty impressed with our tiny new dishwasher. This was sort of our last resort since it was going to cost $10,000 to get our 1940's kitchen updated to install the $300 dishwasher we had purchased from Hope Depot. I was a little suprised by how heavy it was, but I can lift it by myself (22 year old 125 lb female)...probably terrible for my back though so we leave it on the counter...that was probably my biggest dissapointment. I was hoping to be able to easily store it in one of our larger cabinets after each use. Note to anyone with a really old kitchen like ours: if you remove one of the washers from the quick connect, then it will screw onto your sink faucet properly. I was on the verge of tears until my fiance figured that out. I don't like how I have to put my dinner plates in at an angle and then I can't pull the drawer all the way out to load the rest of my dishes, but overall I am very happy with this product. One more thing...it doesn't dry well at all, but my bigger more expensive dishwashers at other houses I've lived in didn't either so no big loss there.

I have been using the dishwasher almost daily since making this purchase and it has yet to let me down. As long as you use a good detergent the dishes come out spotless. There is enough room in the dishwasher for me to only need to run it once daily or every other day with dishes coming from two people who eat at home for two meals a day. Depending on the pots and pans I use for cooking I can usually fit them in as well.

I bought this about 2 1/2 years ago. I live alone and run it about every other day. it works perfect for someone who doesnt dirty enough dishes to fill a full size dishwasher. About 1 month ago I started having problems with the faucet quick connect coming loose mid cycle. I contacted Haier parts dept and for about 15 dollars including shipping I got a replacement. thats the only problem I've had since I bought it.

This dishwasher really works better than I thought it would. I just moved into a small efficiency w/ no dishwasher and this has saved my life. My only warning to anyone is that it cannot hold large plates. It is the only countertop dishwasher I found that has a dry option.
