Compact appliance delivered the micro as promised and in a timely manner.
Major complaint is that the actual size of the unit does not match the specifications listed. Modification were required in order for it to fit in the space the other unit (same model) came out of!!!!!!!!!!!

Serched all over for the microwave. The built in we had was discontinued I serched several places to get the exact measurements, and we finally found it through Living Direct. The first one we received the door would not close I called Customer service rep. He told me what to do. Within 5 days we had another microwave, the only thing we had to do was take the legs off the old one and put them on the new one. Because of it being a built in we just had to screw some holes in the back for the brackets to work, but was really easy to do. I put the microwave in the vent casing fit perfect and now our microwave in our camper is working and does not look like it was ever replaced. I would recommend Living Direct to everyone fast and excellent service.

Replced a wall microwave/oven combination with a double oven so i needed a small microwave. Decided not to go with a built-in or under the counter - just wanted a small countertop model for heating/defrosting and popcorn. this oven is perfect!! It is compact, cleanly designed and works beautifully!

I have been searching for the right size microwave to replace the Daewoo in my camper for a while. It had to be almost the exact same size as the Daewoo because it had a trim piece that went around it when it was put in place above the stove. I went to every appliance store in a 40 mile radius and could not find the right size. I eventually found this Magic Chef online and after taking the feet off the old microwave and putting them on the MC, it was just about perfect. There is a little more space on one side than the other, but not very noticeable. I think MC is made by Daewoo. It works great and the price was right!

I owned its predecessor which I loved. This one works a bit differently, but the manual is pretty clear and I learned pretty quickly. Magic Chef makes the best microwaves around. I recommend them to all.

After searching for months for a decent powered small microwave I am totally pleased with this purchase. Love the quick buttons. Microwave is small enough it doesn't take up much room but not too small that you can't fit microwaveable dinners in it.
Would recommend.
