Juicy turkey and chicken- every time!

I've had this rotisserie for 7 years and I always cook a turkey for Thanksgiving on it. I brine a 12# bird and cook it for 12 minutes per pound and turn out juicy, delectable meat.

Parts that should be included

The heating tray with lid is not included with my Ronco showtime Rotisserie-Platinum. Also the injector for solid stuff is missing.
