Best Uses: Alternative To Stove
I used this same unit in my last home and loved it so I had to have one in the new house. Having separate cooking areas makes it very convenient for two people working in the kitchen at a time, and makes for a more harmonious working environment. The flame control on this unit is superb allowing full on or barley lit, excellent for simmering sauces.
